Your Responsibilities:

Supervision, administration, and further development of the entire IT network and security infrastructure
Administration and monitoring of firewalls (preferably Checkpoint), switches, and routers (preferably Cisco Meraki)
Networking and securing of data centers and cloud environments (focus on Azure)
Implementation and maintenance of network security solutions (IDS/IPS, VPN, SIEM)
Execution and support of security audits, risk management, penetration tests, and ISO 27001 requirements
Review and development of IT policies, conducting internal controls
Organization and execution of user trainings, awareness campaigns, and phishing tests
Close collaboration with international colleagues and external IT service providers
Participation in international projects in the field of IT security and network infrastructure

Your Profile:

Completed studies in IT networks, cybersecurity, or a comparable qualification
Relevant certifications are an advantage (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+, etc.)
At least 5 years of hands-on professional experience in IT networking and security
Solid knowledge of firewall management, network architecture, cloud security (MS Azure), as well as security tools and SIEM solutions
Experience with Windows Server, VMware ESX/vSphere, and M365 security and governance topics is a plus
Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style
Team player with intercultural competence and experience in international project work
Excellent communication skills and fluent English, both spoken and written
Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible personality with a positive attitude
